Hello Catie
I just wanted to write to you and say that I was very impresesed by your hip-hop dance and Emmas highland dancing dance. You guys both did great and sorry we didn’t get to chat I had to work the next day or else I would have stayed over. Do you want to come camping with Auntie this year we are going camping all summmer long it should be fun. I plan to go to the Aquarium this summer would you like to come with us maybe mom and I can go together we could walk on the ferry and use the transit bus to take us to the aquarium its just a thought

Wow!! I cant believe how close you are to the end of school, it seems like yesterday we were going through the front doors anticipating where you were going and who would be in your class. I am so glad that your year was great, a few bumps on the road, but you sailed through. Great grades, good attitude, and a willingness to try new things, that is the way to do it kiddo. One more year until you are in high school. I cant wait until you see your present!! You will never guess. Love ya!

Here is my Bucket List. (Or at least 5 things that I would like to have happen)

1) Go to Honduras on a mission trip. I have a deep compassion for people and I want to help.

2) Be in an Awrd Winning Movie. I love to act. I have talked to a lady I babysit for, who was an agent, and she told me that it is good to have more than one talet. Which brings me to my next thing.

3) I would Like to Sing for the Queen of England. I know, it seems like a silly dream for a Canadian girl in grade 8, but I think it would be really cool.

4) Bacome a Best-Selling Author. I am a reader. Which also makes me a writer. It is extremely hard to be one and not the other. I love to write and it would be fantabulous to have a book published.

5) I would Love to have Kids. I love children. They are absolutley amazing. What girl in her right mind wouldn’t want kids?

There’s my “Bucket List” although there are many more things I wish to do in my life. For example, get married to my true love. (which I have not found yet). HaHa.

I saw that there were no comments (I know how that feels, disappointing, especially when you ask a question) so I thought I’d share my list:

1. I want to move back to the ocean. I grew up two blocks from the beach, and I don’t think I’ll be really happy until I move close to ocean again – I live in the interior now.
2. I want to earn my PhD in Education. I want to do this after I retire from teaching and be the really cool older lady in the courses with the gray hair and fantastic shoes that is much, much wiser than the other doctoral students.
3. I want to travel, most likely to Ireland and Scotland. I’ve never been anywhere outside of Western Canada. I’ve never even been on an airplane!
4. I want to read all the books on my “to read” list. The problem is, the list keeps getting longer and my life keeps getting more busy, so this one might be fairly difficult to achieve.
5. I want to marry Mr. Darcy from Pride and Prejudice (okay, that one’s silly, but what woman doesn’t want to marry Mr. Darcy?). You might need an adult to help explain, preferably someone who took English Literature at university!
